A statute’s words sometimes run out before your question does — and when they do, you go back to the documents the legislature left behind on the way to enactment. Those documents are not created equal. This module walks the process first, so you know where each document comes from, then takes each source in depth on its own page.
How to use this: a short multi-page module. Walk the pipeline below for the overview — each stage says what it leaves behind, with a link to that source’s own page. Then work the pages in order: the sources one by one, the inside of a committee report, and the route-and-cautions checks. Your work is collected into one record you can download on the final page.
